The Intellogic Africa Business Consulting Group (“iabc group”) is a registered private company and professional firm started in July 2007 to offer Business Development & Management Services to SMEs. The iabc group consists of the holding company, IABC Group (Pty) Ltd., Intellogic Africa Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd. (focusing on consulting), and IABC Accounting Inc (focusing on Audit, Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory).

Intellogic Africa has since grown in scope of services, however still specialises in SME Business Development & Management and  Management Solutions. The company also offers a wide range of financial management and accounting & taxation services.

Intellogic Africa is founded and managed by Mr. Mwendabai Kalaluka, a Certified Chartered Accountant who also holds a Masters of Business Administrtaion (“MBA”) from the Universiy of KZN Graduate School.

At the core of Intellogic Africa’s value proposition is the acquisiton of top quality talent and the company’s development policy to ensure qualified personnel are available to deliver the best on all projects undertaken by the firm.

Our vision is to become the leading organization in Accounting, Tax, Financial Advisory and Management Consulting services to SMEs in the Southern African region. We aim to accomplish the above through acquisition of the best talent to offer service of uncompromised quality to our clients and also through collaboration with our professional partners within South Africa and in other countries for delivery of services in the Southern African region.

Our mission is to provide practical and yet effective Accounting, Tax, Financial Advisory and Management Consulting services to SMEs in the Southern African region. Our main aim will be to assist our clients maximize wealth from their business ventures through optimal allocation of resources and effective management of enterprise risk while ensuring continued compliance with all legislative and statutory requirements.
